  Was promised great food in Vegas. Well I saw a lot of absurd prices and ate some seriously mediocre dishes.
  This was not one of them.
  Inside your greeted by a giant chicken statue, some Vegas style artwork that feels staple, and basic but efficient seating.
  With only 2 people working the front we were still taken care of, treated to fresh hot corn cakes and jokes were still made. They kept their tempo up even when a crowd poured in.
  The food was in generous portions. Because of its reasonable pricing I thought the portions would be small.
  I over ordered. The amount of food brought to me was daunting. Once I started I couldn't stop though. The sides alone were worth the visit and price. My main entree being especially good. (Snapper)
  Very filling, to both the stomach and the soul.
  
  My next trip will be 3 meals a day eaten here.

  Got asked out to go get Shrimp and Grits
  Waited for 50+ mins to get cold grits and 5 Baby Shrimp
  Our Waitress was trying stall... but really and truly the kitchen didn't have enough workers or have their act together
  It was fairly crowded...but took a along time to get the food
  Not impressed with the food no real flavor .... tasteless Grits and Shrimp
  or the cleanliness of even the bathroom
  Disappointing Sunday Brunch

  I visit this restaurant everytime I visit Vegas and normally leave very satisfied (and full). Unfortunately that was not the case this time. There must be new management. The portions are much smaller and the prices are higher. I paid $27.99 for two short ribs and what seemed like a tablespoon of stuffing and greens. Whats sad is this is the "full order". It was totally overpriced. What's worse is that there were two men sitting outside at the entrance smoking weed. I won't be back. It's sad because I brought my grandmother here before she passed and it felt good to visit.
  
  The staff is very very friendly. 5 stars for them.

  I'm not quite sure to begin but this was not an enjoyable experience for a place that used to be so great.  Not sure how one could fall so far in a short amount of time.
  
  First issue was the cook deciding he wanted to end breakfast because he was the only person there. Ok understand you want to make one product so your cook times and items are aligned. But when I have to wait over an hour to receive my food, something just doesn't make sense.
  
  When the food did arrive I couldn't believe how bland and mostly tasteless it was. I've been here several times before and the food was always prepared like it was cooked by someone's big armed granny from down south. Today it tasted like it was bright out of a can and salt was added.
  
  I was thinking it might have been just me but everyone at my table agreed that we should have just went somewhere else, especially after having to wait over a hour for something I can get from the local Golden Corral.

  The chicken and waffles are so good. The staff moves so quick. Between getting seated and waiting for food it was so quick. Chicken so crispy, and the waffle was great
